What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

What if I need to change my appointment?

No problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you do laundry?

If you would like to include laundry in your ongoing recurring visits, we will customize a plan just for you!

Should I leave a tip?

Tips are not required or expected, but are very welcome. Our employees keep 100% of any gratuity they earn. If there is a team performing your service, they split gratuities equally. Cash is preferred for giving a tip. Please leave any gratuities in a clearly marked envelope as our cleaning techs are instructed to not touch loose money.

I like the idea of no chemicals, but will my home be as clean?

Yes!

I have persistent health problems. Can you help?

Definitely. Using non-toxic cleaners like basic vinegar and baking soda prevent your body from being stressed by chemicals and can help with many health conditions. Some people believe they are suffering from allergies to things outside when really they are reacting to chemicals inside their home.

Do your products kill bacteria?

Vinegar naturally kills bacteria. We also use peroxide in our solutions. Microfiber cloths are known to sanitize surfaces, as well. We believe our cleaning is just as effective as chemical solutions when it comes to sanitizing your home.

If you want us to use certain products in areas of your home feel free to provide those and we are happy to use them!

What sort of discounts do you offer?

We offer discounts for regularly scheduled cleans; weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. The frequency is up to you!

Can I buy your cleaning products to use myself?

We currently do not offer commercially available versions of our proprietary cleaning solutions.

I have severe chemical sensitivity. Can I use your service?

Yes. We do not use any chemicals. We typically use vinegar, baking soda and peroxide. Some clients prefer that we simply use water, and that is fine – just let us know!
