Austin Nature Maid is a growing, locally owned, family-operated business. We are looking for detailed, reliable individuals to join our close-knit team and deliver premium, chemical-free home care to our loyal, recurring Austin client base.

o Transparent & Excellent Pay: Start at $18/hr during your paid training period, plus tips. Following training, our skilled cleaners typically earn $22–$29+ per hour depending on job efficiency, quality, and great client feedback.
o Paid Driving Time: We deeply value your field travel. We schedule our accounts strictly by geographic area to prevent cross-town chaos, and we pay you for driving time between homes.
o True Work-Life Balance: Part-time schedule consisting of 1 to 3 days per week, with flexible room to scale up if desired. Absolutely no weekends, and we are closed on 7 major holidays so you can be with family.

Role Requirements
Our client accounts are located throughout the Austin Metro Area, and we strategically cluster our cleanings by region to keep your travel times manageable. Please ensure you meet these baseline requirements before initiating an application:
o 2+ years of verified professional residential house cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience.
o A highly reliable personal vehicle and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
o Legal authorization to work inside the United States.
o Two reachable professional house cleaning references.
o Ability to successfully pass a standard background check.
